The system offers a web-based interface to submit the proposal online. The user needs to upload a drawing, give few inputs to get the pre-scrutiny reports as per GDR 2023. The user can check the report and finally submit it to the authority for further processing.

The system allows online registration, renewal of Architect/Engineer and also various fees can be paid online. In the life cycle of the project, users can download construction permission, plinth certificates, Occupancy certificates, Receipts, certified drawings etc. at various stages of the project.
