Architect Dashboard

Your central workspace for managing all labour registration applications.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in as an Architect, you land on the Labour Dashboard at /Labour/Dashboard. This page gives you a complete picture of all your projects and their current status in the approval workflow.

The dashboard is divided into three main areas:

Quick Action Boxes

At the top of the dashboard you will see two large clickable boxes:

Labour Registration

Click this box to begin a new Form 1 labour registration for one of your scrutinised projects. This takes you to the Labour Registration form (Step 1 of 3).

Labour Cess

This box is reserved for Labour Cess-related functions. It provides access to cess calculation and payment features associated with your registered projects.

You can only register a project that already exists in the system as a scrutinised project. If your project does not appear in the dropdown, contact the administrator to have it added.

Statistics Row

Below the action boxes, a row of stat cards shows a quick count of your applications grouped by status:

Stat CardWhat It Counts
Total ApplicationsAll registrations you have ever submitted
Pending PaymentForms submitted but challan not yet paid
Under ReviewApplications currently with an officer for review
ShortfallApplications returned to you for corrections
ApprovedApplications fully approved with certificate issued

Project List Table

The main table lists all your projects. Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
#Row number
Project NameName of the construction project from the database
StatusCurrent status badge (see Status Reference)
ActionContext-sensitive button(s) based on current status

Action Buttons Explained

The Action column shows different buttons depending on where the application is in the workflow. Here is what each button means and when it appears:

Pay Challan Orange

Appears when: Status is PendingPayment — you have filled Form 1 but have not yet paid the challan.

What it does: Takes you to the challan payment page where you can view the challan details and complete the payment. See Challan & Payment for full instructions.

Submit to DEO Navy

Appears when: Status is Paid — the challan has been paid and the application is ready to be forwarded to the DEO.

What it does: Takes you to the submission review page where you can verify all details, add a mandatory comment, and formally submit the application to the DEO. See Submit to DEO for full instructions.

Respond Amber

Appears when: Status is DEOShortfall or BOCWShortfall — an officer has returned the application to you with a shortfall notice requesting corrections or additional information.

What it does: Takes you to the shortfall response page where you can read the officer's comments, enter your response, optionally upload additional documents, and re-submit the application. See Responding to Shortfall for full instructions.

View Ghost / Grey

Appears when: Status is SubmittedToDEO, SubmittedToBOCW, SubmittedToLEO, or SubmittedToRDC — the application is currently under review by an officer.

What it does: Opens a read-only view of the application details, payment receipt, uploaded documents, and the comment trail. You cannot make any changes while the application is under review.

View Certificate Green

Appears when: Status is Approved — the RDC has approved the application and issued the Registration Certificate.

What it does: Opens the approved registration details and provides a link to download or print the official Registration Certificate issued under the BOCW Act.

If no action button appears for a project, the application may be in a transitional state. Refresh the page or check the status in the Status Reference guide.
